This is a great fingering exercise as well.

_________ in response to what I wrote, which is :

Actually, an easier approach to playing

i7 ii7 and III7

might be to use parallel thirds.

Start with a minor (triad -- not 7th, yet)

right hand :

C - middle
A - thumb

then :

D - ring
B - pointer

then:

E - pinky
C - middle

__
Actually play that with left hand:

C - middle
A - pinky

then :

D - pointer
B - ring

then:

E - thumb
C - middle

___

then with right, play another set of (stacked, atop) thirds :

G - middle
E - thumb

then :

A - ring
F# - pointer

then:

B - pinky
G - middle

Play those seperately, then combine together, simultaneously
or arpeggiate -- which means: play each individual note one-at-a-time ("roll" the chords).
